⏳ Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order without any fee, as the order has not yet entered processing.

After 30 minutes, most orders begin processing with our fulfilment team. At this stage:

🔔 Cancellations After 30 Minutes

If you request to cancel your order after 30 minutes, a
10% cancellation fee (based on the order value) will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers:

• Payment processing fees charged by our payment provider

• Administrative and fulfilment handling costs

• Non-refundable transaction charges incurred when the order is placed

Please note that these costs are not returned to us by our payment processor, even if an order is cancelled.

📦 Orders That Have Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
You may still return the item after delivery by following our Return Policy.
