Returns and Exchange

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you with the return or exchange of unused items.

Important Guidelines You Should Know Before You Return or Exchange:

1. We suggest that you check your packages upon arrival. No return or exchange request is accepted after 15 days from the delivery date.

2. Due to sanitary reasons, only new, unworn items with a tag can be returned for refund or exchange.

3. Please contact our customer service for a return/exchange confirmation and return address within 15 days of receipt. Please do not send the package directly to the return address on the package. We do not accept returned packages without authorization from the support team.

4. All returned packages must have a traceable tracking number. You will need to provide us with this tracking number yourself.

5. Once we have received the returned package, we will be able to issue the exchange package or refund within 7 business days.

6. If there is a damaged item, missing item, or wrong item in the package that caused the return or exchange, we will bear the shipping and handling fee.

7. Final sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

8. If your order has been exempt from shipping costs, and it is not a quality problem or an erroneous shipment, if you want a return, you must deduct 3.95 pounds as compensation for shipping costs. When the total of your order exceeds 50 pounds, this deduction will go from 3.95 pounds to 20% of the total order.

9. It is not due to the wrong size that the dress does not fit well, and the subjective feeling not as the expected quality, the thread in the clothes, etc., these subjective feelings cannot be considered a quality problem.

* Customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges. We do not accept cash on delivery returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation and refund

You have 30 minutes to cancel from when you placed the order. No cancellation will be accepted after that as the order will start processing. We can cancel the order due to lack of stock and in this case, you will receive a notification by email about the cancellation of the order.

Once an order is canceled, the funds will be returned and can only be returned via the original payment method. It can usually take up to 72 hours for the bank to process the returned funds.
